Liberty Utilities is a $2 Million Design-Build project that is set to be completed late 2017 to early 2018. E.L. Pruitt Co. constructed and installed the plumbing and HVAC system for the new building. Liberty is a regulated water, wastewater, natural gas, electric and propane/air utility company providing local utility management, service and support to small and mid-sized communities across the United States. The building is 7,700 square feet of steel office and warehouse space.
