Springfield Partners recently renovated five buildings at Iles Park Place. E.L. Pruitt Co. worked with Joyner Construction on this design build project. E.L. Pruitt Co. self performed all mechanical installation for all five buildings. The complex design assist project included three complex buildings, new water mains, and new gas piping. The entire project totaled nearly 110,000 square feet
