E.L. Pruitt Co. provided HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection for the entire facility that includes assisted living centers, skilled nursing facilities, a patio homer, and a condo style retirement village.  Plumbing and piping systems were installed, air handling units were placed, ventilation for proper air flow was created, and fire protection systems were established.  The facility was designed to have full amenities such as a grocery mart, therapy pool, movie theater, and fine dining. The village was constructed under three different phases.  Phase 1 was a design build assist with the leadership of Johnson Engineering.  Phase 2 and 3 were full design build within our own company.
